<p>Tried something new with the metal on the knife of this model and made a tutorial for you guys and girls. This TMM (True Metallic Metal) techniek is really easy and looks great.<br><br>Good luck and Happy Crafting.</p>

TMM Knife

Base Coat the knife (ore sword, spear etc.) model with Abaddon Black. Base Coat the knife with Leadbelcher.


Citadel Abaddon Black

Citadel Leadbelcher

Make a gradient in opposites directions with Contrast Gryph-Charger Grey. You paint multiple layers making the color darker to the end.




Make the contrast on the gradient even bigger with Contrast Black Templar.

Now paint a gradient with Ironbreaker on the not shaded parts. Also paint over the shade with a very wet mix of 1:4 paint and water.

Highlight the knife with Runefang Steel.

Edge highlight the knife with a 50/50 mix of Runefang Steel and White Scar.
