Black priming and then heavy drybrush in all the surface with the brown tone.


GSW Colours Black Matt Primer

Vallejo colors Heavy Sienna

Heavy drybrush in all the surface with a 50% mix of both colors.


Vallejo Model Color Ivory

Heavy drybrush in all the surface with 30/70 mix of Heavy Siena and Ivory.


Apply 2 consecutive general washes with diluted Dark Blue Sea.


AK interactive Dark Sea Blue AK11190

Apply 2-3 glazes with diluted red to the recesses and shadow zones.


GSW Acrylic Color HELLFIRE RED 1786

Apply 2 glazes with diluted orange to the recesses only.


Warcolours One Coat Red Orange

Final highlights with Ivory, with a soft drybrush and outlining the outer parts of the chainmail.


Paint the skin with 2 general washes with Caliban Green well diluted.


Citadel Caliban Green

1st highlights with a 50/50 mix of Caliban Green and Green, covering the whole volumes except the deeper recesses.


Warcolours One Coat Green

2st highlights with a 50/50 mix of Caliban Green and Green Yellow, reinforcing the last step volumes.


Warcolours One Coat Yellow Green

3rd highlights with a 50 % mix of Yellow Green and Ice Yellow, this time defining thinner volumes.

Final highlights 30/70 mix of Yellow Green and Ice Yellow.


General shadows with several glazes with a highly diluted 50/50 mix of Hellfire Red and black.


Citadel Abaddon Black

Final and aggressive highlights with a 30/70 mix of Green and Ice Yellow, defining maximum light volumes.


General shadow with 1/2 whases with diluted Caliban Green, to recover a greenish look.


Final shadows with 2/3 thin glazes with diluted fuchsia.


Scale Color Fuchsia

After finishing all the elements of the model, the skin looked too much pale and desaturated. So, I applied a final glaze with 50% mix of Caliban Green and Yellow Green.


For the chain apply 1 general wash with diluted Dark Blue Sea.


1st highlights with a 50/50 mix of Dark Blue Sea abd Ivory.


2nd highlights with a 20/80 mix of Dark Blue Sea abd Ivory.


Shadows with 2-3 glazes with highly diluted Hellfire Red.


Final highlights with Ivory, outlining the outer edges of the chain.


For the rings arround the arms and legs basecoat with Hellfire Red.

Recover the base tone with Hellfire Red.


1st highlights with a 90/10 mix of Hellfire Red and Sunny Skin.


Vallejo Model Color Sunny Skintone

2nd highlights with a 50/50 mix of Hellfire Red and Sunny Skin.


3rd highlights with a 75/25 mix of Hellfire Red and Sunny Skin.


Recover red tone and shadows with glazes with diluted 50% mix of Hellfire Red and Orange.


Basecoat to all skull elements with Ochre.


Warcolours One Coat Ochre

2 general washes with diluted Heavy Siena.


1st highlights with a 50/50 mix of Ochre and Ivory.


Light shadows with very diluted Cutthroat Red.


GSW Acrylic Color CUTTHROAT RED 1787

Handle: Base coat with Heavy Siena and 2-3 highlights adding Ivory. Leather: Same proccess as the one described in step 53-57.

Basecoat to the different elements shown with Cutthroat Red and Dark Sea Blue.


1st highlights stippling with a 70/30 mix of Cutthroat Red and Sunny Skin.

Basecoat to the cable with Dark Sea Blue and to the leather strips with Ochre.

Basecoat of Heavy Siena and wash the skin with Caliban Green for a general shadows.


1st highlights with a 50/50 mix of Caliban Green and Yellow Green, covering almost all the surface of the skin. On the hair a 1st highlights with Heavy Violet, covering almost all the surface of the hair.


Vallejo Game Extra Opaque Heavy Violet 72142

On the skin a 2nd highlights with a 25/75 mix of Caliban Green and Green Yellow, defining the main volumes of the face. On the hair a 2nd highlights with a 75/25 mix of Heavy Violet and Ivory, defining all the hair tufts.


Citadel Druchii Violet

On the skin a 3rd highlights with a 50/50 mix of Yellow Green and Ivory, cleaning and softening the previously defined areas. On the hear 3rd highlights with a 50/50 mix of Heavy Violet and Ivory.


On the skin a final highlights with Sunny Skin to define the main traits of the face. On the hair final highlights with Ice Yellow to "heavy outline" all the hair tufts.


General shadows on the skin with 2-3 glazes with highly diluted Cutthroat Red. General shadows on the hair with 2-3 glazes with highly diluted Cutthroat Red.


Final shadow on the skin with 1/2 whases with diluted Caliban Green, to recover a more greenish look. Re highlight the hair tufts with a 50/50 mix of Heavy Violet and Ice Yellow to get maximum definition of each one of them.


General wash with diluted Heavy Violet to homogenize the whole hair.


Fine outlining of the main hair tufts with Ivory.


Paint the eyes with Yellow and then apply 1-2 soft glazes with Hellfire Red around them. The teeth have the same proccess as the one described in step 33-38. The tonge an earrings have the same proccess as the one described in step 40-46 (but a bit simpler, as they are smaller areas)
