Prime the Termagant with Mechanicus Standard Grey.


Citadel Mechanicus Standard Grey

Citadel Corax White

Shade the exoskeleton with Blood Angel Red.


Citadel Contrast Blood Angels Red

Paint the teeth, claws and hooves with Black Templar.

Paint the fleshborer(the gun) with Luxion Purple adn the amo with Striking Scorpion Green.

Citadel Macragge Blue

Shade the scales with 1:1 mix of Black Templar and Contrast Medium.

Highlight the scales with a line pattern of Macragge Blue.


Highlight the scales again but only 50% of the lines with a 1:1 mix of Macragge Blue and Temple Guard Blue.

Highlight the scales again but only the tip of the scales with Temple Guard Blue.


Paint the eyes with Averland Sunset (I painted a black and white dot for pupil). Paint his tongue with Fulgrim Pink. Highlight the skin with Evil Sunz Scarlet. Just with a small Drybush and focus on the head and tale.

Shade the tongue with Reikland Fleshshade and highlight with a 1:1 mix of Fulgrim Pink and White Scar. Highlight the teeth, claws, hooves and the scales on the gun with Skavenblight Dinge and a fine highlight Karak Stone.

Thanks to the primer we can see where the model is going to be pinned, so keep this part clean.


Glue some stones on the base. I use PVA glue.


AK Corrosion Texture is perfect for basing.

Drybush the base with Yriel Yellow and Dorn Yellow

Paint the stones with Mechanicus Standard Grey and give them a highligh with Dawnstone.

Glue the model and some yellow/green tuft on the base, I always use Gamers Grass.
