Easy Purple Power Sword

On the picture you see a way to paint a purple blade.


Basecoat the blade with Abaddon Black and then with Phoenician Purple.




Citadel Phoenician Purple

Citadel Abaddon Black

Create a dark to light gradient with Black Templar contrast paint on 50% of a panel of the blade. Paint form light to dark. So your brush ends at the darkest spot.




Citadel Contrast Black Templar

Make 50% of the dark sides lighter with very wet Phoenician Purple.




Highlight the edges of the blade Genestealer Purple.




Citadel Genestealer Purple

Paint a dot with Dechala Lilac on the spots where two edges touch.
