Citadel Abaddon Black

Citadel Kantor Blue

Paint a gradient on the serrated edge with wet Thunderhawk Blue.


Citadel Thunderhawk Blue

Paint a gradient on the serrated edge with wet Sotek Green. But keep 50% of step 3 clean of paint.




Citadel Sotek Green

Highlight all the edges with Temple Guard Blue. The serrated edges with Baharroth Blue and a dot highlight on every corner of each teeth with Blue Horror .

Make a 50/50 mix of Kantor Blue and Abaddon Black. Paint the opposite of the light part with the wet mix. This way we make a nice gradient on the blade of the axe. Then paint all the blue with a layer of Lahmian Medium to give them all a nice finish.
